This next song comes from the musical “Man of La Mancha” in which Don Quixote mistakes a barmaid as his lady and names her "Dulcinea". Carrying a bar rag on his lance as her colours, he then sallies forth to tilt at windmills. This song is also rendered by Johnny Mathis.
